Following the Pre-Listing Consultation, clients receive ongoing guidance and direction as they prepare their home. Additional hands-on services are available only when appropriate.

Guided Seller Prep
Sellers implement recommendations independently with continued guidance, sourcing support, and instruction as needed.

Hands-On Styling (Do-It-With-Them)
Collaborative styling using the homeowner’s furnishings, including light rearranging and accessory placement.

Occupied Home Staging (Do-It-For-Them)

Full styling using the homeowner’s furnishings as a base, complemented by select pieces from our curated inventory when appropriate.

Photo Day Prep

A final polish service performed after seller prep is complete, focused on visual readiness for photography.
