Hi and Welcome to my website!
My name is Jolynne Mora, and I am a Certified Home Stager and owner of Elements Home Staging, LLC. I graduated with a Residential Staging Specialist certification from Seminole State College in May 2022 and opened my home staging business right away.
Since opening, I have had the honor to serve and inspire clients in several areas such as: Vacant and Occupied Home Staging Services , DIY Home Staging, Furniture, Paint Color, Tile and flooring and home decor Selection, Shopping, procuring and setting up Airbnb/STR's.
Also since opening, I have met some amazing people in the industry. These people will become your team of experts when selling your home. Starting with the Realtor. If you have one, great! If you need one, I can certainly recommend a few. It is important to note that your Realtor, You and I will become a part of a team. We each have a part to play and will work together for the common goal of making your home show ready (staged) to increase appeal to potential buyers that can bring in top dollar and get you to the closing table.
What I have come to love most on my journey is Occupied Home Staging. I absolutely love getting to work alongside the sellers who live in their home while it is on the market. I believe this is my specialty. I truly appreciate when the home owners/sellers ask me to be a part of their home selling journey and success. Each journey and their process is as different as the seller and their home. And for that reason, I am here to help you navigate this process, from start to finish, From Staged to Sold!
When I arrive at each home, Clients are often embarrassed and continually apologize if or when their home is out of sorts. Believe me when I tell you, I understand. No need to feel embarrassed or explain. Our homes are loved and lived in! This is actually one of the first things I have to mention when I walk into a client's home. If it makes you feel better, please know that as I walk with you, the client, room to room during the consultation, I see a home filled with love, family, beautiful memories, and futures. It truly fills my heart and it's exciting as I am already planning for the home staging transformation.
What I get excited about most is the transformation of each space and home. As I walk the clients through their staged home I always hear 1 or all 3 of these things:
1. WOW! Why didn't I do this before?!
2. Oh my gosh! Look at all this space!
3. This was worth the investment!
